Using ISP, you are restricted to send mails only through identity-domain provided by the ISP.  Most of the ISPs have stopped allowing relay of emails with your identity-domain through their systems.  The ISPs insist that you have use the email IDs with their identity-domain to send mails through their system.

Some ISPs provide option for using their SMTP [sending mail] services with your identity-domain.  However, they charge around the same but without any technical support or live interaction. Many a times, you may find the email never got delivered as the queue in ISP's mail server was purged (deleted) to keep the server functional, with catastrophic implications for your business.
